Just as the best companies have a well defined strategic plan and a team to execute, the best families need one too. Through extensive research into the client facing challenges of choosing the right financial advisor, Cale determined that there should be more value in financial services than simply “wealth management.” Now he’s striving to be humble and hungry; learning from people and practices whose success is evident from their raving fans, and is seeking to create a paradigm shift in the way the financial services industry serves and impacts people. He left Morgan Stanley to help launch Archetype with the focused mission of helping highly successful families and their related entities connect their money with their purpose.
Cale is published as a thought leader in vulnerability analysis and risk mitigation. He has consulted with the many of the world’s largest corporations, and his experience spans technology, commercial real estate brokerage and development, O&G, private equity and startups. Cale firmly believes that igniting contagious, positive environments and nurturing client-centric relationships is the foundation for clarity, communication, and contentment.
He and his wife, Lynne, reside in Houston and have one daughter. They are actively involved in their church and Young Life, where Cale has served for nearly a decade. He is also involved with the Texas American Legion, Boys State Program, serves on the advisory board of National Christian Foundation, and is a member of The Barnabas Group. He is a 7th generation Texan, and is just as stubborn about Texas as you would imagine.
